Our favorite way to have orange juice over here at ThisIsBoise.com is with some good ol’ fashioned bubbly (you know what we’re getting at…WE LOVE MIMOSAS).

We Mimosas

We thought we would do you all a favor and give you the lowdown on where to get the best mimosas in the Treasure Valley–that way, if your in need of this delicious drink, you know exactly where to go! So friends, without further adieu, here is where you can find our favorite mimosas in the Treasure Valley!

1. Even Stevens Boise

This sweet sandwich shop just opened last week in the heart of downtown. They make a whole lot more than just sandwiches though; they’ve got a killer brunch menu with items ranging from breakfast burritos to french toast! The thing that makes this location our favorite stop for mimosas is their Sunday special: $3 mimosas and $3.95 unlimited french toast. (We know it sounds too good of a deal to be true, but we aren’t lying). Also, we are obsessed with their patio–it’s literally in Freak Alley. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you need to!

2. The Brickyard

We love this gem, located in Old Boise! They are typically a lunch and dinner only restaurant, however on Sundays they feature brunch with a table-side bloody mary cart! If you want a mimosa Monday-Saturday, they’ve still got you covered. Ask for a mimosa with OJ or grapefruit juice!

3. Bardenay (Both Boise and Eagle Locations)

This restaurant is an afternoon dream. It is located in the heart of Old Boise, downtown. Not only do we love their brunch (served on the weekends only), but we can’t get enough of their champagne cocktails:
Orange champagne cocktail-sparkling wine, Fee brothers orange bitters, and a sugar cube to top it off!
Pomegranate champagne cocktail-sparkling wine, PAMA liqueur, and Pom juice…YES.

Check out their FB here, and find them on Instagram: @bardenay

4. The Village

The Village is one of our favorite spots in the Treasure Valley. It’s such a fun and lively atmosphere with everything you could ever need for a day out! Both Kona and Twigs serve mimosas! (Heads up, these restaurants do NOT serve breakfast…lunch and dinner only!)

6. Goldy’s

We love our good-old-fashioned Mimosas with just OJ and champagne, but we also love when restaurants take these bad boys to a new level. Goldy’s does this with their “Sunrise Mimosa”. This drink has OJ, guava juice, cranberry juice, and champagne. It’s 1) Really pretty to look at, and 2) Super tasty.

7. Red Feather Lounge

This hot spot right in the middle of downtown (8th street) is open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday only…but don’t worry if you’re needing a fixin’ of mimosas during the middle of the week, you can still most certainly get it! They offer the traditional spiked-OJ, but then take it to another level with these unique variations:
Venetian mimosa-This drink is best described as a “bitter mimosa on the rocks”. Those of you with a sophisticated palate have to try this!
Germain mimosa– made with fresh pressed grapefruit juice, gin, and St. Germain Elderflower…yum!!
**If you find yourself here on the weekend, make sure you order the breakfast pizza. It’s a slice (literally) of heavenly tastiness. You won’t be disappointed!**

8. 13th Street Pub + Grill

Get mimosas seven days a week at this little treasure in the North End. If you want to take your mimosa to the next level, order the French 75–a mixture of champagne, sour, and St. Germain.

9. The Griddle

Side note: They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday only. (For the bloody mary lover: Check in on the weekend and try out their bloody mary bar from 10 AM to 3 PM!!)

11. Locavore

12. Bacon

Have you ever tried a “Bimosa”? If not, you need to. This delightful concoction is as simple as this: blood orange juice + some bubbly.
They also serve regular mimosas, Bellini peach mimosas, and grapefruit mimosas!

13. Wild Root Cafe

We adore this gem located on 8th Street in downtown Boise! They serve brilliant dishes that leave you feeling good (not guilty) about your brunch time decisions. Plus, their mimosas are classic and oh-so-tasty!

Those are some of our favorites…

Now we know that we will never be able to try all of the mimosas in the world, so if we are missing some of your favorites, let us know! We’d like to help you share the love with the rest of the Treasure Valley. May your mimosas be delicious!
