What is the Boise Area Parade of Homes?
Organized by the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI), the Boise Parade of Homes is a celebrated biannual event that showcases newly built homes from the region’s most talented builders. It provides homebuyers, real estate enthusiasts, and local residents with an exclusive opportunity to explore the latest in home architecture, interior design, and innovative building techniques.

Biltmore Co. at the 2025 Parade of Homes
Biltmore Co. has been the Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award two years running (2023 & 2024), and is returning this spring with two homes nestled side-by-side in Eagle’s desirable Riverstone Community.
During the parade, visit Biltmore Co’s highly anticipated home, “The Carmel”. Right next door is their brand-new floor plan, “The Presley.” Both homes offer breathtaking views, private docks, and finely crafted, intentionally designed details and finishes.
Biltmore Co. Homes Location and Hours:
Kick off the Winter Carnival weekend with glowing lights, excited kids, and one remarkable bonfire. The parade starts at McCall Community Church, where little revelers grab hot chocolate, snacks, and glow sticks before marching with McCall’s firefighters down Lake Street. The parade ends at Ponderosa Center Ludwig Terrace, with the Winter Carnival bonfire lighting up the night, marking the official start of the festivities.
