The parade starts at 10:00am
The Idaho 4th of July Parade in Downtown Boise is a patriotic celebration that honors the nation’s founding fathers and mothers. After three years of not having a parade, the celebration returns in 2023 with the theme “Honoring our Founding Fathers and Mothers.” The community is invited to participate in the parade or enjoy the festivities as spectators. The day starts at 7:00am with a pancake breakfast in Cecil D. Andrus Park. The parade, which starts at 10:00am, will feature a marching band and various entries from businesses, organizations, and families.
Corporate entries will compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, with winning entries receiving $10,000, $7,000, and $5,000 for their charities of choice.
