My journey into real estate investment began in 2018 when I started working with an investor who bought 12 rental properties over 3 years. Intrigued, I delved deeper into the world of investing, eventually purchasing our first rental property in 2019. Since then, my wife and I have expanded our portfolio, acquiring several short and long-term rentals, launching a short-term property management company, and venturing into commercial real estate.
