Dennis Fomin is the founder of Fomin & Company, a relationship-driven real estate firm built on trust, transparency, and straightforward guidance. With over a decade of experience in Idaho real estate, Dennis has represented buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers across the Treasure Valley, helping clients navigate every type of market with confidence and precision.
Born in Sacramento, California, Dennis is a first-generation American. His parents escaped Russia during the collapse of the Soviet Union in pursuit of freedom and opportunity. Dennis moved to Idaho at a young age and was raised there, shaping his strong connection to the state and its communities. That upbringing instilled a deep belief in hard work, personal responsibility, and the opportunities created through capitalism and property ownership.
While helping many people relocate to and invest in Idaho, Dennis also owned and operated a coffee shop for many years and has been actively investing in real estate locally. That hands-on business and investment experience, combined with his real estate advisory experience, allows him to offer clients insight that extends well beyond a single transaction.
Fomin & Company was created to thoughtfully challenge the traditional real estate model by prioritizing personalized service and long-term relationships. The firm focuses on honest guidance, helping clients make informed decisions and build long-term value through real estate.
Outside of work, Dennis enjoys the Idaho lifestyle through hiking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. He spends much of his time outdoors with his golden retriever and Siberian husky, exploring trails, staying active, and starting most mornings with good coffee. During the fall and winter, weekends often mean football.
Whether helping someone buy their first home, relocate to Idaho, or build from the ground up, Fomin & Company is committed to delivering a high-touch experience, principled advice, and results clients can trust.
