CBH HomeFest runs every Friday and Saturday from November 6th through December 12th, 2026, with 15 festively furnished model homes across four Treasure Valley communities, free holiday card photos, free food and drinks, and activities at every stop.
The homes are in Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell, and you can walk through them at your own pace. Each one is furnished and decorated for the season, and the communities add live music, food, kids’ activities, and a holiday photo booth on top of that. Everything is free, including the photos, which come with a printed copy and a digital file, so you can skip booking a photographer this year.

What Is CBH HomeFest?
CBH HomeFest is a free holiday event from CBH Homes, one of the Treasure Valley’s largest homebuilders. For six weekends, CBH opens 15 model homes in four of its communities, decorates them for the season, and fills each one with holiday activities for the whole family.
You don’t need to be house hunting to go. The homes are open to anyone who wants to walk through, and if you are looking, CBH reps are on site to answer questions and show floor plans.
Free Holiday Card Photos
On Friday nights, each community sets up a photo booth with a holiday backdrop. Every guest gets a printed photo and a digital copy at no cost.
These spots fill up quickly, so CBH recommends reserving ahead of time through the form on the HomeFest page, and you should pick your Friday and community early.

What You Can Find at CBH HomeFest
Fridays run 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays 1pm to 4pm, and the activities change with the day. The model homes are open both days.
