The Snake River Stampede is a top 10 professional rodeo in the United States, taking place in Nampa, Idaho’s Ford Idaho Center. This annual event draws thousands of visitors to the area. This year’s Stampede takes place from July 16th to July 20th. History of the Snake River Stampede

The origins of the Snake River Stampede date back to the early 1900s when it began as a small, local event known as the “Nampa Harvest Festival.” Over the years, the Stampede has evolved into a nationally recognized rodeo and world-class event, officially becoming the Snake River Stampede in 1937.
