I am an Idaho native who has lived in the Boise area for
45+ years making me a great resource to assist you with
buying or selling in the Treasure Valley area. I recently
moved from the wonderful community of Eagle to the
Nampa/Caldwell area and would love to serve your intraarea,
re-location or 2nd home needs in the greater Boise
area. Additionally, my wife and I have owned property in
the mountain communities of both McCall and Stanley and
I can help with information on those areas as well.

My integrity, ethics, and easy to work with personality are
hallmark characteristics of my style in working with my
clients where trust and communication are imperative to
a good working relationship. Personally, I enjoy mountain
biking, skiing, paddle boarding, hiking, snowmobiling,
archery, camping, backpacking, and most any other
outdoor activity with family or friends. Most recently, I have
caught the Pickleball bug! My preference is to involve my
wife of over 35 years and our 3 grown children with their
spouses whenever possible.

Through my own personal real estate transactions prior
to becoming a Real Estate Agent I have acquired diverse
experiences which can be leveraged to benefit you.
These transactions range from residential subdivisions
to small acreage rural waterfront and luxury properties,
from fractional ownership to large acreage (40+ acres) ,
from suburban townhouse to mountain log home, plus
recreational property from central Idaho to the Stanley
basin. Through this process I have also dealt with re-sale
homes as well as the design through new construction
process. With my diverse range of real estate experience
I am in a great position to help you through the buying or
