A long-abandoned downtown Boise building is finally receiving a new tenant! Caffeina and Garden City staple Western Collective are moving into two vacant spots on Idaho Street.

According to Mike Deeds at The Idaho Statesman, the abandoned Old Spaghetti Factory building will soon be revamped by popular Garden City hotspot Western Collective. The new space will be named “Western Social” and will focus on entertainment, food, and drink.

The new space will include a coffee bar, food, games and entertainment, a full bar, and even a music space. The game area will include “four mini-bowling lanes, Skee-Ball, mini-basketball, foosball, shuffleboard and more. The space is also a 400-person venue that will bring live music to Western Social.” according to Western Collective owners Melissa Levick and husband Cary Prewit.

An outdoor patio will also open at the new Western Social, bringing some vitality back to the block.

Don Day at Boise Dev reports, the neighboring building, which used to be occupied by Louie’s Italian Restaurant many years ago, will also be occupied by local coffee shop Caffeina. This popular coffee shop recently opened its second location on the Boise Bench.
