Updated October 20th, 2026 by Aaron McFarland
Boise’s holiday market season runs from the first weekend of November through the Saturday before Christmas, with the biggest weekend landing on November 20th to 22nd, 2026 (Wintry Market, the Canyon County Christmas Show and Caldwell’s Winter Wonderland all open then) and a second wave on December 4th to 6th. Most markets are free to walk into, and the big ticketed shows top out at $10 to $15. If you only make it to a few, Wintry Market at Boise Centre is the handmade standout, the Boise Christmas Show at Expo Idaho is the biggest, and the Boise Farmers Market’s new winter home at the Idaho Botanical Garden is the one to see this year.
Below are 20 markets across Boise, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa and Caldwell with 2026 dates, hours and admission, grouped by type. Everything here is confirmed for 2026. A few regulars that haven’t posted dates yet will be added once they do.
Big Holiday Shows and Markets
Wintry Market
Boise’s curated winter market turns 15 this year. Every booth is a regional artist or crafter making original work, from ceramics and prints to apparel and jewelry, and at least 30 percent of the vendors are new each year. It’s the one to hit if handmade matters more than volume, and advance tickets go on sale in October.
