Winter Wonder Market Terms and Conditions

  • Applications due by September 5th, 2025
  • This is a juried market; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Non-refundable payment required to secure booth space upon acceptance.
  • Complimentary Winter Market-branded T-shirts are optional. Vendors wishing to receive one must request their size during registration. Wearing the provided shirt is encouraged, but not required
  • Booth spaces measure 8×8 feet.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own display setups within booth space. Backdrop set up (pipe and drape) is encouraged – these are not provided.
  • Vendors must arrange their displays to ensure comfortable entry and exit.
  • For vendors placed in back-to-back booth configurations, please leave sufficient space on at least one side to allow easy access, especially if using an 8-foot table.
  • Booth space payment is due within 7 business days of accepted juried application or space will be forfeited to the next vendor.
  • Booth Placement: This Is Boise reserves the right to place vendors in an appropriate spot based on the product. Vendors do not choose specific booth numbers.
  • Vendors are responsible for taking their own sales and are encouraged to accept credit card payments and electronic forms of payment.


Setup and Teardown

  • Setup: Details to follow. While we hope to be able to allow early setup the night before, this is dependent on the venue. Setup 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM on November 29, 2025
  • Teardown: Teardown 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on November 29th, 2025
  • Loading/Unloading Procedures: Specific guidelines for loading and unloading will be provided upon acceptance.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Merchandise: No unapproved or unjuried products may be sold or added without prior approval.
  • Permits and Licenses: Vendors must ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Seller’s Permit: Required to sell at the market. Visit tax.idaho.gov/taxes/sales-use/permits/ to register.
  • Insurance: Vendors are recommended to have liability insurance.
  • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all market regulations and guidelines.
  • Restrictions: No music from booths.

Event Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. Possibility of transferability to another vendor with approval if within 45 days of market date.
  • Liability: The Winter Wonder Market is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss.
  • Code of Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to use the provided promotional materials and tag the market on social media.

Legal Provisions

  • Governing Law: State of Idaho
  • Dispute Resolution: Mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
