How to Apply

  • Complete the Vendor Application Form. Please have booth and product photos ready. You will be asked to e-sign the vendor agreement.
  • Review the terms and conditions.
  • All applications are due on September 7th, 2024
  • You will be notified of your acceptance or decline by September 22nd. When accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions and payment link.

What you need to know.

Date and Location

  • The Market will be held indoors at The Riverside Hotel (Grand Ballroom) on November 30th from 9am – 4pm.

Booth Sizes and Fees

  • 8×8 In-line booth – $135
  • 8×8 In-line Back-to-Back Booth – $125
  • 8×8 Corner Space and/or Booth with Classes or Workshops – $150 (limited availability)
  • All booths are encouraged to bring backdrops

Vendor Requirements

  • Floor-length tablecloths must be used on tables
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales and payment processing
  • Vendors must donate one item of a $10 value OR a $10 gift certificate for VIP / raffle giveaways. To be collected at check-in.
  • Vendors should offer handcrafted goods or creatively repurposed/recycled items.
  • Except for vintage or repurposed goods, resale of commercially made products are not permitted.

  • Possibility of transferability to another vendor with approval if within 45 days of market date.

This Is Boise reserves the right to place vendors in an appropriate spot based on the product. Vendors do not choose specific booth numbers.

Do I need a seller’s permit?2024-07-26T21:33:57-06:00

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the necessary permits, insurance, and licenses required to sell at the Winter Wonder Market. Almost everyone selling goods will need a permit. Please visit https://tax.idaho.gov/taxes/sales-use/permits to register for a sales permit. The Winter Wonder Market is not responsible for collecting sales tax, verifying permits, or ensuring that you are properly licensed.

  • After reviewing all applications, we select vendors based on local, handcrafted, repurposed, unique, high-quality, and varied products that will appeal to a broad audience.
  • Local Handcrafted and Repurposed Items: We prioritize vendors who offer locally made, handcrafted goods, as well as those repurposing or recycling items in new and unique ways. Commercially made products are generally not allowed, with exceptions for vintage or repurposed artisans.
  • Well-Designed Display Tables and Packaging: Vendors are expected to create eye-catching display tables and use thoughtful packaging.

There are 90 spaces available. Each space is 8′ wide and 8′ deep. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table/displays/chair to fit within their booth space. There are no walls for leaning/attaching to. Backdrops/pipe and drape are encouraged. 6ft tables are available for a $10 fee upon request at the time of application. Power is available for a $10 fee; please request it at the time of application. You will know the location of your booth space 2 weeks prior to the market.

  • Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM on November 30, 2024
  • VIP Shopping Start Time: VIP shopping starts at 9:00 AM.
  • Teardown Time: Teardown starts at 4:00 PM and must be completed by 6:00 PM.

Your acceptance email will contain a secured payment link.

You will receive an automatic email at the time of submission. If you do not see one please check your spam folder and contact us to confirm submission. You will receive an email from us verifying acceptance or decline by September 22nd. Vendors are responsible for securing their booth via full payment within 7 days of acceptance or their space will be forfeited.
