This 2-story restaurant and boutique hotel is stunning from top-to-bottom. The restaurant’s sleek and modern decor creates the perfect atmosphere for a special night out or when you’re just feeling fancy.

The menu features carefully curated starters and dishes, all expertly prepared with the freshest, local and regional ingredients. Standout menu items include the Lasagne Verdi Alla Bolognese, which is a delicious take on classic lasagne that will leave you wanting more. My personal favorite starter is the Hamachi Crudo, with Yellowtail & Sashimi & Tartare Green Garlic, Radish, and Spring Onion Tempura.

In the downstairs of The Lively experience is Bar Gibbon, the in-house craft cocktail bar offering plenty of tasty cocktail concoctions for connoisseurs.

From the moment you enter to the last bite, KIN is an experience. IT has an artsy, modern vibe that will make you feel like you’re in a trendy New York restaurant instead of Boise, Idaho. KIN’s dining experience features prix fixe menus that run for only five weeks at a time, featuring local, farm-fresh offering throughout its menus. They are currently on “Menu 23”. Diners progress through the five courses and optional beverage pairings, experiencing an evening of dining and storytelling in a communal environment.

Dinner seatings are daily at 7pm, but for the night owls out there there are 9pm seatings on Saturday nights for the “Late Supper Club”, offered at a lower price point. The popular Art Haus Cocktail Bar is right next door, as well as an intimate high-rise cocktail lounge in the same building if you know the not-so-secret passcode.
