Attention photographers! Looking for a creative space to flex your imagination? A new studio space for photography, videography, and creatives opened recently in the heart of downtown Boise!

b Studio is a versatile public space near 6th and Main Street. This photography studio features a seamless white cyclorama wall, numerous color backdrops, a 15-foot green screen, exposed brick, natural & studio lighting, and other amenities for creating the perfect shot!

” We can’t wait to see what the local community creates here.”

b Studio is a subsidiary of Boost Media, a local Idaho-based marketing company. “We’re a creative agency that strives to support local creators, whether individually or other creative businesses,” says Aaron McFarland, owner of Boost Media and b Studio. “We had this big, empty space available, and this fit perfectly into everything we do. We can’t wait to see what the local community creates here.” Boost Media is also This Is Boise’s parent company.

The studio is located inside the Boost Media offices, near 6th and Main Street in the Old Boise area of downtown. This historic building was once the Telephone Building, next to the Statesman. “It’s important to us to continue the historic legacy of this building,” says McFarland. “What was once an epicenter for communication is still continued to be a media hub, helping local businesses and creators distribute their message.”

So far, the studio has been a fun and successful place for photographers and models to capture unique and interesting photos. “It’s been great to see how photographers use this space and we’re so impressed with the images we’ve seen so far. We just want everyone to come to the studio and make their ideas a reality.”
