Follow This Is Boise

Opening in 2004, Tamarack Resort has undergone a lot of changes in the past decades. The resort is currently an independent, family-owned business with all resort operations under one ownership.

Tamarack is an all-season resort destination featuring entertainment and outdoor activities through the winter and summer months, including mountain biking, ziplining, hiking, rafting and watersports on Lake Cascade when the ski and snowboard season ends.

The Village at Tamarack hosts family-friendly eateries, a spa, retail shops, a convenience store, a coffee shop and even a daycare. In recent years, the resort has invested tens of millions into new amenities and attractions, making strides toward bringing the vision of Tamarack into reality.

What’s new at Tamarack Resort

Seven Devils Tap House

With a projected opening date of December 2022, Seven Devils taphouse will be located The Village at Tamarack. This 5,000-square-foot restaurant and tap house can host more than 300 guests with indoor seating, a mezzanine for intimate dining, and an outdoor patio overlooking the ski runs, and 20 TVs for catching a game after a day on the mountain. The restaurant will serve fast-casual fare and features a full bar, including an RFID-enabled tap wall with 40 regional beers, ciders and hard seltzers.

Relax at the Spa

After long days on the mountain, guests can relax and recover in the Spa at Tamarack, with handcrafted natural treatments, herbal massages, facials, and more.

More Snow For Longer

Part of the resort’s investments in modernizing includes additional miles of new snowmaking lines and six new tower snow guns. Improving snowmaking capabilities will support a longer and more consistent ski season.

Nordic Skiing, Snowshoeing & Fat Biking

The Tamarack Nordic trail system features 15km of open meadows and forested paths for winter or summer use on classic or skate skis, snowshoes or fat bikes, with mountain views in all directions. The trails are dog friendly and groomed throughout the week, open every day from dawn to dusk.

Guided Ice Fishing

In the winter months, guests can experience guided ice-fishing adventures on Lake Cascade, fish for jumbo perch, bass, rainbow trout and other species.

Boundless Pass

In addition to the new and improved amenities, Tamarack Resort is offering an all-season Boundless Pass that provides year-round lift access for skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking seven days a week, plus complimentary summertime lake activities.

Boundless Pass passholders also receive the following perks:

• Free Tamarack Ski Bus rides from Eagle on select Saturdays (unlimited pass only)

• First and last tracks

• Two full-day lift tickets to Bogus Basin

• Bring-a-Friend Days

• AirFlare wilderness safety app lifetime membership

• Discounts on retail, sports school, rentals, tuning, & repair

Tamarack Resort also offers K-12 students in Valley County and New Meadows a free year-round pass and this year is offering a special discounted pass for public school teachers and college students.

Tamarack’s winter opened December 9th. Lifts run from 9am – 4pm daily. Keep an eye on snow conditions with the snow report and mountain webcams.
