FREE TIME Approaching the end of his twenties, a man decides to quit his cushy desk job and ‘embrace life’ — only to realize he has no idea what to do with this newfound freedom. Opens with a short about a metal foundry that provides a meditation of life as a pressure machine.

This dance experience is born out of my mission to facilitate dance as a movement practice accessible to everyone. Dancing reminds us it is OK to have fun and our bodies have a natural rhythm just begging to sweat for joy on a dance floor! Repeated choreography is crafted to high-energy music and broken down in an easy-to-follow format.
